Charco del Palo is a coastal village near Mala to the north of the island. It is a naturist village. The village is well maintained and has a large number of German residents who ensure everything is kept to a high standard. The coast has rocky outcroppings for sunbathing rather than beaches, and some of the best dive sites on the island. The village has a supermarket and several good restaurants.
