Both bedrooms are large and have two single beds in each room. The master bedroom has a view of the pool and have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is between the two bedrooms and is fully tiled.

Costa Teguise is Lanzarote's family resort, with a fabulous selection of bars, shops and restaurants, a golf course and water park. Las Cucharas beach is world class with all facilities and a superb sheltered bay area. Scuba diving and windsurfing are the most popular sports. There are both international and local schools in the resort, and Arrecife is only 15 minutes drive away. El Guarapo is a short walk to the promenade and Playa Bastian, situated in a side street the community is quiet and maintained to a high standard with lovely gardens and communal pool.

El Palmeral is on the edge of Costa Teguise, within easy reach of the centre and Arrecife. This modern complex was built in 2005, has security gates opened by electronic key fobs, and is well maintained. The complex has 3 pools, as well as tennis courts and a children's play area - making it ideal for families. Every residence here has allocated parking.
