Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, with two bathrooms. The master bedroom occupies the entire upper floor, it has a luxury en-suite bathroom, and private access to a large sun-terrace with extensive sea views.
Outside, the large swimming pool is set in a secluded private terrace, there is a separate dining area. The private parking space to the rear of the villa is acccessed by an electronic security gate.
The owners have extensively improved the villa with new wiring, plumbing and perimeter walls.

There are both international and local schools in the resort, and Arrecife is only 15 minutes drive away.
