The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, electric oven and extractor hood over, small office area with fitted desk, the living area is large with built in style cushioned seating, carved wood shelf along one wall and space for dining table and chairs. Small hallway provides access to the family bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and wc. From the hallway open archways provide access to the two bedrooms which the owners have curtained off for privacy. Good size master bedroom with ensuite walk in shower and wash hand basin set into wooden cabinet and mirror over. Bedroom two currently has twin beds and free standing wardrobes. The water is heated via solar power.

Outside the property has a good size front terrace with outdoor seating area and is shaded by a beautiful ficus tree. Paved walkway provides access round the side and back of the property with shrub borders and wall surround with gated front entrance. There is also a further gate to the rear of the property.

Costa Teguise is Lanzarote's family resort, with a fabulous selection of bars, shops and restaurants, a golf course and water park. Las Cucharas beach is world class with all facilities and a superb sheltered bay area. Scuba diving and windsurfing are the most popular sports. There are both international and local schools in the resort, and Arrecife is only 15 minutes drive away.
